Technically, no. However, you will need to ensure that internal staff conducting the cleaning are following Health Canada guidelines for cleaning and disinfection. Stay off freshly cleaned tile for at least 30 minutes and avoid getting any liquid on the floor for 24 hours if sealant has been applied. Return furniture (with suggested use of felt pads) and rugs to floors after 24 hours.
A contract is not a requirement. ServiceMaster Clean of Aurora and Newmarket will develop a detailed proposal and task schedule that will both meet your needs and budget. At any time, you can make adjustments to your cleaning requirements, and your representative will then make changes as needed and advise of any pricing revisions. You may also cancel your commercial cleaning service with 30 days written notice
